Bring your comfy easy on shoes for walking. The stocking feet are no fun uncomfortable and dirty.

Bring your comfy pants to put on after foley is removed. You will feel more like yourself. Oh, your own panties too.

That helped me !

Wish I had blistex for dry lips.

Walk as much as you can to help with the gas,which causes most of the pain. A pillow for your stomach helpS for the ride home. Praying fOr a speedy and smooth recovery for you tOo!

I rode home today and the pillow my husband brought was a life-saver. Also lip balm as my mouth was so dry when I woke up and I wasn't allowed to drin****il after the barium test. 

 

And obviously my ipad kept me sane too so I was in contact with the world while I was there.

 

I brought a nice air freshener too for in the room. Not essential but I liked having it.
