I would bet a lot of people here suffer from depression - either caused by weight issues, or depression causing the weight issues. I suffered (well, always have) since I was 14! I FINALLY got diagnosed properly two years ago with bi-polar. Now on a mood stabilizer and NO anti-depressant - and haven't been depressed since then - it's a miracle. So ask your psych (and if you don't have one you NEED one - regualr docs don't know about this stuff). I'm not diagnosing you, just sharing my experience.
Hang in there - you look soooo incredible. Oh, and sometimes when you lose a lot of weight you're uncomfortable - too much attention and when you're fat, you don't have to worry about that do you?

Thank you so much for your input / advise :) I'm SO happy that you were able to be properly diagnosed and thankfully haven't suffered from depression since! That's amazing! I've been googling and calling all the local therapists but not many have called back, and the ones that did return my calls either didn't have any openings for a week or two, were not accepting any new patients at this time, or didn't accept insurance :/

Take one of those week or two openings - the time is going to pass anyway and you might as well have accomplish something!

You look wonderful! I understand depression and I have taken Effexor. It worked for me for years.  Dr switched me last spring because it wasn't working like it did.  Give it at least 2 weeks and you should feel better :).
