Rain Go away- I got hill work to do

So I am training for a 5K in oct.

Yesterday was supposed to be "hill work day" but it rained.

Today it is supposed to be "hill work day" but it is also raining with scattered showers.

How many of the runners, run in teh rain?  Is the slipperiness really all that bad?  I am running on a combo of cement, grass and asphalt and the asphalt/tar is up and down a crazy hill.

I was wondering why you couldn't run in the rain ...   The weather never stops my exercise - if you don't think you can do it, a treadmill on incline will serve your needs!

I always enjoy running the in the rain to be honest!

Hi Kim,

When I decided to do it, it cleared up.

In the future, I will remember that it is "ok" to run in the rain!

:)
