Hi Karen!

Did you  do any Thankful walks today?

Also..does JIngleBell (fund raiser for arthrititus foundation) do walks?  If so..want to do a jingle bell together (i.e. in your city and I do one in mine)?

Wow!  That is a great time and distance!  Are you training for a 10K?

You also made a HUGE cushion for some thanksgiving fun.

We DO have tons to be thankful for!

Sub 30!

Sub 30!

Sub 30!

I am so PROUD for you!  HOW DID YOU do it!?!?!? Like was there a particular training program or THING (i.e. weight lifting) that you did!?!?!?

Remember a 5K is 3.15 miles..so you were running MUCH faster than a 10:00 min/mile pace.  Probably something like 9:30!!!

I am in awe.

You go girl!!!

My pace was an avg of 9:28 :) I am actually training for a 10k and am almost done with that so that helped!! It was also my first one and freezing cold so the adrenaline helped. Thank you so much for your kind words!!
