What is your favorite go-to drink to get your fluid intake for the day?

My pouch does not like water, so i am looking for alternatives to get my daily intake in. I do drink propel water, diluted apple and cran-apple juice and an occasional protein shake.

Other ideas would be great.

I used to drink a lot of hot tea. I did like peppermint. I usually now drink Crystal Light. I drink a lot of decaf coffee. The reason I drink decaf is I get the jitters from it. My heart races.

When I think I'm hungry and I've eaten my food for now, I drink a cup of beef broth.  It makes me feel like I have "eaten" something and it's only 15 calories.

I use fresh lemon juice with stevia in water.I would avoid those juice drinks. Full of sugar.

I use crystal light or other flavoring packets or mio drops. I also like the Splash waters by Nestle. They are not carbonated and are flavored waters. I have found berry, lemon, mandarin orange, and grape and acai. They are sweetened with sucralose which is Splenda. Also hot decaf tea or decaf coffees are good.

It really depends on how I'm feeling.

I usually want hot drinks in the morning and in the evening, during the day I drink cold drinks. Cold drinks are either crystal light or true lime/lemon and hot drinks are either decaf coffee or cafix. (My surgeons office insists I give up coffee and tea 30 days pre-op and 30 days post-op, so I'm drinking cafix for now).

Since I'm pre-op, I still drink V8 when I'm in the mood, and If I'm feeling too tired or dizzy I drink chicken broth.

Just a thought but I think protein drinks count as fluid for some. I make Syntrax Fuzzy Navel with double the water and add half a crystal light classic orange packet and drink that throughout the day.

Sometimes I get a starbucks coffee. I just make sure it's sugar free and decaf.  I like the caramel macchiato but I make sure there is no real caramel drizzle.  They are really good at understanding I can't have sugar or caffeine.  I also like the skim milk they put in it.  Can't beat the extra protein.

Flavored bottled water or herald tea. And of course,  coffee.

I also make my own lemonade- lemon juice, water, sweetener.

I also like to make decaf green tea. Put 4 tea bags in a 1 quart mason jar, fill half way with boiling water. Let it steep. Remove bags- fill with ice, cold water and add sweetener.

I do drink some kind of protein drink daily. Over winter I have been enjoying Premier heated as hot chocolate.

I do drink hot tea in the AM... later in the day coffee if I am in the mood.
