What vitamins does everyone prefer?  I have recently switched to Unjury.  Do you refrain from drinking at all after taking them?

I use CVS brand calcium w/D&Mag and multi. I've had the same bottle of B12 since surgery an year and a half ago-- I got it from vitamin shop-- their brand.

I use a lot of Vitamin Shoppe brand, too.  For my multi, I use the generic Centrum Silver from CVS

Unjury are the best available to us.  Because they use no ingredients from China you can be assured you are not taking tablets made with things like wallboard compound.  I have been using the vitamin patch and just got blood work.  Everything looks good except Vitamin D.  I will be taking OPurity Vitamin D along with my patch.

I'm glad to hear the vitamin patches are working well for you! I just started using a couple of them, and I'm hoping they do well for me because I love the ease of them!

i either take generic kroger brand complete vit, centrum complete, vitamints- something like that

then i take citrical or generic store brand of calcium

plus my others. I don't feel the need to buy 'special'vitamins when the normal store brand works just as fine and can be very very inexensive

They have a 30% off for us. I think the code is obesityhelp

You just stick the patch on, and leave it for 12 hours. Easy peasy.

I bought the Opurity chewables and just hated them.  I cannot even force myself to take them now.  My surgeon recommended that I get the NatureMade  multis and as long as the calcium is the citrate kind and not carbonate, any kind.  I ordered the Bariatric Advantage chews.  Expensive but kind of like a treat.  Everything else is store brand.

I'm 5 weeks post op, and here's what I was advised to take:

centrum 50+ multi

bitamin B12(I'm finishing off the sublinguals, and switch to pills when they are finished)

vitamin D

calcium citrate with D3 (just picked up some citrical, I finally finished the post op liquid stuff)

i tried the celebrate wls chewables, but they made me sneeze.

once I get a bit further out, I'm planning on trying out the patch vitamins .
