Having that stuff out of the way to is best for everyone. My dad helped write his obituary a couple of years ago, he selected his music too. Everything is planned and ready to go for both mom and dad and it is such a relief. Hugs to you, I know this isn't easy. Take care of yourself!

Hello all-

I got off work this morning and had to drive 65 miles to the doctor. I swear 40 plus miles were under road construction. Road construction sucks!!!

I got my Pulmonary Dr. visit over with and got some errands run and I finally made it home. It is most definitely bed time.

I'm en route to Sioux Falls, SD (from Baltimore, MD and by way of Chicago) to do an all-day workshop for a bariatric practice. It's been a lot of work to pull together but I'm proud of what I've done!

So my activity today is mainly flying in planes and wandering airports lol.

Eats:

  1. Breakfast sandwich on an English Muffin with sausage, egg whites and cheese
  2. Chili w/ salad

No clue what's for dinner. What is South Dakota known for anyway?

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!
