Accountability had suckers yesterday.

Qotd in high school mostly A and B a few C. In college I excelled graduated with 3.97 GPA.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D smoked pork chop and potato soup

Late post for me since I'm still mourning the collapse of my beloved boys in Blue. Luckily I didn'****ch the game, but made the better decision to go to spin followed by TRX class.

QOTD: I was a good student. My mother always told me to treat school like it was my job. I ended up in the top 15% of my law school class, which actually was quite an accomplishment, as I was working full time the entire time I was in law school.

My plan:

L: NY strip steak

D: ????? Ididn't do a great job shopping for the week, and I have no food. I'll pick up something after spin class tonight. Maybe a bunless burger

S: SF latte and ham and cheese roll up before class.

QOTD: I was a very average student with the exception of math. It is my worst subject and despite getting getting tutored for it constantly I managed to get a D average and graduated with D- in math.

Accountability: I stayed on plan 100% yesterday.

B: 2 eggs, turkey sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: 3oz turkey

D: 4 1/2 ground sirloin, 1/3c broccoli rabe

S: ostrim meat stick

Cals: 672, Carbs:5, Protein:95
