Oh I want to live in The West Wing. Please.

My ick is still around too. Getting better but slowly. Going out in Seattle sounds like a TB ward. Cough, cough.

I had eggs, yogurt, pork jerky,a quest bar, and more than a litre of fluids. I'm still popping Mucinex and you really need to up your fluids to take it.

I hope I'll feel up to a trip to the store later today. I need to get crock pot meat. I've weaned back off the sugar.

I'm sorry you are still struggling with a cold. I can't eat a burger without at least reduced sugar ketchup, so I just accept that...

That is Grim's favorite show, and he can totally keep up with their wit and wisdom, too. I think you'd be great friends :)

Morning folks! I've managed to snaggle another day off thanks to a dishwasher repair. It won't be a lazy day though-- once that's done I'm heading to BJ's, and will get my bills together for payday on Thursday.

I plan on buying another spiral ham- I need a do over from Christmas. My ham came out mushy and I just figured out why. I used fresh pineapple since I had it on hand. Apparently there is an enzyme in fresh pineapple that breaks down protein; hence the mushy ham.

Qotd: is love to hang out on the set of either the Cosby Show of A different World. They always seems like they got along so well- so I'd like to see if it were genuine.

207 today, 2.8 Years out

m1: protein shake

m2: boiled egg, cinnamon raisin toast, bacon

m3: tuna, boiled egg, cheese stick

m4: spiral ham, or chicken. Depends on what I pick up today
