My Christmas gift was front row tickets to Lily Tomlin. It was a great show. Her body is in great shape. It was fun.

Good morning all~ I had a late start on solidifying my resolution's for the new year. I was not feeling well and binge watching The Crown the last few days didn't help! I finally wrote them all out last night. It's probably the most effort I've ever put into them and I am so glad that I did. The health related ones are to buckle down and get these last 20 pounds off. When I'm being honest with myself, I see why it is taking so long, I know what I need to do. Making my lifestyle an active one is another, planning is everything and I have seriously slacked off in this area.

QOTD - Frasier is my all time favorite show. Makes me want to move to Seattle and hang out at coffee shops! However loving all things French and British - Royal and common - I could easily see myself hanging out with the Bennett sisters from P&P or at Downton Abbey upstairs with the Crawley's or downstairs with the staff.

Accountability - ok, a few extra bites...

13 mo post op - 166 - WTH? having a hard time with this regain...

b- coffee w/hc, HB eggs

l- hot Italian sausage w/grilled peppers, onions & mushrooms

d- BBQ chicken

v/l - on track

Have a good a good day all.

Sounds really good, Amy! I too put a lot of thought into my goals/resolutions for the year, and wrote them out, though mostly they were not centered on my weight or exercise. And I absolutely love Frasier too!

I was down to 164 the other day (undeserving I might add) and today I was 166.7. But 1 foot in front of the other. We will get to our goal!

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!

I think those last 20 pounds or so are the hardest because your body doesn't lose as fast, because we are capable of eating more, AND because we look pretty slim (and everyone keeps asking "You aren't going to lose any more are you?).

Good morning! Welcome 2018! I have had a regular food fest over the weekend and time to get real and act like I've got a goal to meet.

QOTD: I think it would be fun to hang out with cast of American Housewife. The writers included because the show just cracks me up.

B-skinny hot chocolate, almond butter, saltines.

MS-hot tea, half and half, string cheese.

L-baby Limas , greens, rice

D-nachos

Happy 2018 Menu Crew. I had no gains over Christmas, business as usual. That does not mean I am perfect by any means, just that I know how to adjust if I choose to eat off plan. It happens, I am human. I am excited as I have signed on with a certified trainer/nutritionist that specializes in helping individuals get in the best shape possible. My trainer is a Female, she is wonderful and is in wonderful shape. I have watched her train people for 2 years and decided to try. The diet is going to be interesting. I hope to be a leaner, more sculpted version of myself in the near future. Will be hard work , the benefits will be worth it.

QOTD - Chicago Fire - my dream job is a fireman. I was a volunteer for 15 years...have to respect those that are running into danger when everyone else is running out.

B - Quest bar

S - boiled egg and 1/2 cup of raspberries and 1/2 cup of blackberries

L- Homemade beef barley soup

S - cheese stick and Oikos triple zero greek yogurt.

D - Shrimp scampi..

Stay healthy my friends. Mike
