Happy Sunday, Y'all! Not a whole lot planned today, other than going to see The Dark Crystal in the movie theater! One of my favorite childhood movies, that I've only ever been able to see on DVD. I could not be more excited. Also, going to the gym again today...I'm actually enjoying working out!

QOTD: I love color! Usually I choose neutrals for my big furniture pieces, but add color with pillows, throws, accessories, etc. Also, paint is an easy way to add color...and if you don't like it...you can just paint over it!

Today's Menu

B. 1 piece of turkey breakfast sausage, 1 egg, cup of coffee w/1 TBS unsweetened almond milk.

MS. Cheese Stick

L. Tuna, SF Pickle Relish, Hard Boiled Egg

AS. 2 pieces Imitation Crab Meat Stick

D. 3oz Chicken Breast, Hot Sauce, Mashed Cauliflower

ES. SF Popsicle

Have a great Sunday Everyone!

Mornin' All! Headed to a yoga class in a few, then lunch with my mother. I hope to get my tax stuff organized this afternoon. Aqua Zumba tonight.

I went over on calories yesterday, but no bad choices (other than too many calories...). I was hungry all day. Not sure what was up. Weight was actually down this morning, though..

QOTD: Most of our rooms are neutral with pops of color (i.e., furniture, sofa pillows, pictures) - and some have color on the walls (we have a peach wall in one of the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms - and yellow walls in a couple of rooms. The walls in the rest of the rooms are beige). I love the look of a bathroom done all in neutrals (we have one of those - with a wonderful glass shower) because it seems so clean and peaceful, but in other rooms, I do like some color. We have hardwood floors (except for tile in the kitchen and bathrooms) and unpainted woodwork (that blonde, 1950s wood), so all that is neutral. It's easier to sell houses that have a lot of neutral colors, so I try to keep color to things that are temporary or cheap to replace/cover (again - wall paint, furnishings, decorative items)

2 years 8 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with blueberry/blackberry sauce

MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax shake

L: Mexican restaurant: either fajitas (meat & veggies only) or two tacos

AS: yogurt or a piece of crustless protein pumpkin pie

D: leftovers - either Teriyaki pork/veggie fry or chili

I?m a huge fan of WHITE lol... perhaps with a tiny tint mixed in ( understand that any color reflecting the light off four walls will DOMINATE )

I actuallly mixed my paint colors using art-supply pigments .. nickel yellow and copper green/blue in my case .

No one has entered my home in the last seven years and not remarked on the beauty of the paint colors i mixed myself at Home Depot .

Yes tints can approximate the colors ... but not the beauty of ?real? pigments ... just an idea .

I too have fallen in love with modern high-shine kitchen cabinetry . try IKEA .. cheap and very up to date luxurious feeling modular cabinets , reasonably priced countertops and even appliances .

Good Morning Erin and Menu family,

QOTD: I am pretty happy with the colors that were on the walls of our house when we bought it. My bedroom is a light mint green and I would prefer a different color, but not so much that I'm willing to go to all the trouble and mess to paint it.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 93, Calories - 1,030, Carbs - 99.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana

L: hamburger

D: chicken enchilada suiza

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups

E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision

Have a GREAT day everyone!
