Good Afternoon Julia and Menu Family,

CONGRATULATIONS to Grim! He is SO talented!!!

Sorry I'm so late posting today. I had to go in and have an ultra-sound and have blood drawn for the liver doctor this morning. I couldn't eat or drink anything ahead of time so I skipped breakfast today.

QOTD: I guess I would choose chicken for the same reason as Julia said, many ways to prepare it, but I would sure miss beef.

Accountablity: Yesterday: Protein - 112, Calories - 1,415, Carbs - 170.

B: skipped it.

L: ham & cheese on 45 calorie bread

D: Healthy Choice turkey meal

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana, light & fit Greek yogurt

E: taking Blossom for a walk.

Have a great day everyone!

~ Karen
