Good morning ~ Sorry to hear about your phone. Do you have a store near you? I hope you are able to get everything resolved. Yesterday was another great work day. Today will be super busy. The mini/minor office remodel has deposited 20 some odd years worth of old office supplies and junk all over my office to sort through and organize. I'd like to dump most of it honesty. I'm not saving old, dusty, faded, used stuff. I have a meeting with my boss this morning, then a pension trust appt at noon for an update on retirement and this afternoon I have monthly state reports to work.

QOTD -Money for Nothin' is one of those songs! But my claim to fame is really Rapper Delight. I've had that down since the 8th grade. All my favorite music on repeat too, especially James Taylor and tons of 70's like every Bread and Bee Gees song and 80's pop and classic rock. Some Adele and Taylor Swift too, I love them. And now you can add the TV theme songs to that, haha.

Accountability - I was an angel food wise, but my scale is toast. Even with new batteries, the number is off and keeps changing. I'm using my older scale right now, not sure how accurate it is but at least the number is consistent no matter how many times I step on and off. 186.2 today which is too heavy IMO. My other scale was in line with my Doc's so I trusted that number. Will pick up a new one today.

B- coffee x 4, eggbeaters w/FF cheddar and salsa, microwave experiment at work

l - ham and cheese on keto bread w/let/tom/pickle

d - carne asada street tacos

I actually started this adventure at a full week ago at Verizon store and they said no one in the area had the model I wanted so I would have to get it online. Sigh.

Get a new scale, ASAP! No body has the emotional bandwidth to handle an inaccurate number!

Good Morning! I hope you get your phone soon, I would have run out of patience a long time ago. I'm still fighting allergies but today I switched to Zyrtec from Claritin so I'm hoping that helps. I have a telehealth appt with my hematologist today but things look ok on my chart as far as I can tell.

G'morning all!

QJB - I can't believe your phone saga is still ongoing. It's sad for me that now the cookie biz will be a side hustle but I am hopeful with the new ins you can take care of your knee.

I am finally coming up for air after all the storms we've had. Kids were home for the long weekend but everytime we drove one of them to the airport I was worried we had to swim. We are hoping for sunshine and dry days for the foreseeable future.

DD's cat and our Luna got along well. The first couple of days there was some distance and they divided the house, but by last day they were sniffing each other and sort of playing. The cat was definitely the dominant one which surprised me.

QOD: nope. Not even one single song.

Accountability: I have been eating horribly while kids were home.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee
  • Protein smoothie
  • Starbucks egg bites
  • Gs cookies, Fage yogurt
  • Left over posole soup
  • E: nope

Happy hump day!
