How in the world did my wife talk me into Zumba
I'ma be hurting....
I'ma be...I'ma I'ma I'ma be....hurting after doing da Zumba....I'ma be wishing I'd just walked...I'ma be whining all weekend...I'ma be I'ma I'ma I'ma be....
That song will be stuck in my head all weekend.....
other than that I'm a little over 3 weeks out....stalled for a week or so but its starting to come off again....I'm sure this dang zumba is gonna make it come off faster dangit....
I really need to make a blog post too.....

I LOVE Zumba! In addition to burning calories and toning, it increases flexibility :) You guys can have a lot of fun with that. And BTW ZUmba is GREAT for breaking stalls. Can't wait til my class in the morning!

OMG, I just did Zumba for the first time yesterday and boy did it kick my butt! Between trying to keep up with the steps and trying not to kill myself by bumping into the other 4 million women in the class, I wound up walking in place and laughing a lot! Good for you for going at 3 weeks out. I would be EXHAUSTED!!!!!!!
