Every half a pound is a victory, but THIS half a pound was special.

I have two scale victorys in one !

I lost 34 pounds pre-op over 6 months in my supervised diet. (August to January)

I have now lost 34 pounds post-op in 9 freaking weeks !! (Janyary 24 to present)

That is 68 pounds lost which puts me half way to my goal !

I am as pleased a*****h today !!!

YIPPEEE !
