3 month update
Yesterday was my 3 month mark. I weighed myself at the gym while working out and I'm down 81.5 pounds from the day before surgery! I'm 281 now YAYYYYYAYAYYYY
Overall I'm feeling and doing great. The only thing that has been bothering me is soreness in my thighs....haven't figured that one out....I do walk a mile or two a day and climb a good bit of stairs but I figured the soreness would pass by now....no biggie though...its more just when I first stand up they are a little tight....goes away by the 5th step....
My goal was originally set at 220, but the doctor suggested setting it at 200 which would put me at a BMI of 26.4 which I would be more than happy with. With starting at 362.5, down to 281 with a goal of 200, I am almost exactly at half my weight loss at 3 months!!!! That is better than what I ever expected.
I started with a BMI of 48ish, down now to a 37!!!! Thats just cool huh
