"Who moved my Cheese?"....I remember this book being suggested on OH before, but seriously, this is a GREAT read! It only took me 30 mins!

I have recently gone through a pretty emotionally traumatic divorce and I am on the journey to get sleeved, so I have a LOTof changes happening.  This book helped me gain greater perspective on where I am at on my journey to find  my "Cheese" and what I want that journey to look like. Also, that to get to my NEW "cheese" I have to change my old beliefs, habits, and fears. It's simple, but profound!

This book gives great motivational tips on how to break out of your comfort zone and move FORWARD when your situation suddenly changes (whether you wanted it to or not) and you find yourself in a rut. I apply it to weight loss and my divorce situation, but I am also going to share it with my employees because it can be interpreted for ANY situation in life that you find yourself struggling to move forward....even if you don't know you're stuck.

It's a great pick-me-up! HAPPY READING!!!

Thanks for the reminder!  I read that book YEARS ago... it probably wouldn't hurt to read it again... I am goingt through a seperation right now and am about a month out from my sleeve... It is a lot of change, but I'm doing okay... just made some calls to counselors... figured it's probably wise... :-)  Always looking for good reads!

Not sure if I recommended it to you or not, but it is an AMAZING book.  Life changing is what I like to call it.  I tell everyone I know to read it.  It helped me through a rough spot in my life as well.  It is a very easy read, yet has such a profound message that you can't help but get something out of this book.  I'm glad you enjoyed as have I.  Everyone else should get a copy and sit down and enjoy the way this book will help you see change in a whole new perspective.

Jimbo you are hilarious!  I'm a cheese addict myself, just wish I was more willing to try different cheeses.  I was just turned onto feta recently!  OMG can you imagine that I've gone my whole life without feta?  I can't...lol  BTW the book is great!
