90th Pound Celebration !!!!!

I celebrate everything !!!!  My dog's birthday, my kid getting a great grade, and my own wonderful weight loss !!!!!

I JUST LOST MY 90TH POUND !!!!! I am so excited, I cannot even tell you !!!  I am 10 pounds away from losing 100 pounds.  I never, ever, in my wildest dreams thought I would accomplish this.  I really DID think that I would be the one person it wouldn't work for.

I am exercising -- not alot, but for me....3x a week at Curves, and taking 10 minute walks on the days I'm not there..... IS alot.  My pain level is down from my arthritis to a level that I"m off narcotic pain meds, and I am healthier than I've been in 30 years.

I am so happy right now, I have a lump in my throat, and am ready to cry.   Hugs all around !!!!!!

What are YOU celebrating today !!!! ????

Woo Hoo! 90 lbs! That is fantastic. I am right behind you and can't wait to hit 90 lbs down and then on to 100.

Once I started seeing my numbers start to near 90 lbs down, I began thinking to myself, "oh my gosh...I actually believe I'm going to get to goal!"

Congrats!

Hey congrats, this is a worthy milestone and I think its important for us to pat ourselves on the back and bask in our achievements along the way. Keeps you head in the game and helps for the future.

I myself am celebrating having been at or below goal for 9 months now and in maintenance phase I think its important to set goals and celebrate them just like weight loss. so i hope you will do that too when you get to your magic goal.

Mealwhile, celebrate in some non food way and enjoy life. Its such a gift to be at normal weight for the first time in my adult life that I can't begin to express it. You are lovin it already I can tell and are gonna get there before you know it!!!!  Diane
