Dumb Question..popsicles are how many oz of liquid

My surgery was Friday and I was feeling ok. I am trying to make sure I get in all my liquids and protein for the day but I don't know how much liquid a popsicle is equivlient to. I assume 1 but not sure

So far this am:
8oz mint decaf tea
8 oz mint decaf tea
13 oz Isopure Green Apple
11oz EAS protien
Just had one sugar free popsicle. It is 1pm here so I am really trying to get everything in

Mine are 2oz.... you're doing great! It took me a good week to get in all liquids!

I think when they are about 2oz if you were to melt them. If you wanted to be totally sure, you could melt one and see

Whatever it says on the package each one is, usually by weight, is close enough since they're mostly water - 1 oz weight = 1 fluid oz.
