16 hours....til I join Oct 17th sleeve day

OMG my surgery is in 16 hours.  I'm scared outta my mind, yet totally stoked at the same time.  Those of you who did a liquid diet for two weeks...because I did two days and am an angry woman.    I want food.  Everything looks and smells good right about now.  If it wasn't for wonton soup broth I would have knawed off my own arm...lol. 

To all of you being sleeved tomorrow, you are in my prayers. 

Make room on the losers bench cause I'm coming on over!!!!

The most crazy feeling just flooded my body.  I came to read what you posted and I got instantly naseous because the thought of surgery does that to me, but then I got goosebumps....the kind from a deja vu.  I seriously remember posting that reply to so many people.

I know the feeling all too well. I only had to do a liquid diet the day before surgery and I don't know how in the world people do TWO WEEKS! Someone could get killed like that!

Anyway, best of luck to you and I pray for no complications and that your surgery is uneventful. You will make and there is always room on the losers bench!

Prayers are with you. It is going to be finished before you know it and you will be on the losing side.  As for the liquid diet, 2 week was a long time but I was given a one time cheat before I started  my final clear liquids phase. It didn't bother me too much but I credit that to not having to cook for hubby cause he was out of town.  It did jumpstart my weight loss 16lbs by surgery date.  Thoughts are with you.

I was in the same possition as you last Sunday so get good sleep tonight and the next few days with go quickly and hopefully very smoothly.. and before ya know it you will be almost a week out and you will be feeling good.
