I just had to put it in writing to believe it!! For the first time in 25 years I am under 200lbs!!  I've bounced around between 202 and 204 for the past two weeks and this am...Bam!... there it was...197!
I don't lose every week...I'm one of those who loses  for a couple of weeks, stalls for a couple of weeks! My sleeve is the best thing I have ever done for myself!!

Many of us do the "stall/lose/stall/lose" thing. It's annoying but it gets us there - and clearly it's working for you.

Way to go!

Congrats....Yes Onederland feels so AWESOME !!!  I'm in the 180's, have not seen them since college.  I also only lose every other week maybe.  But I will not complain.  I have lost over 70 lbs in 6 mths...so I have a smile on my face everyday.

I am so thankful everyday that I was able to have this surgery, I fear that I would have continued to gain, and died at a young age...

Contiued success to you and all in our OH family...

Thanks to all of you....it does feel great!
Like you Janielynne...that overwhelming fear of continued gaining and declining health was the deciding factor in having surgery. My brother passed at 49 and left a teenage daughter lost. I'm 45 and my youngest is 11. I was so afraid I was headed in the same path that I was desperate!.

I also am so thankful that I was able to do this....for me and my family!!

Congrats and welcome to Onederland!  Great feeling, isn't it?  I'm also a stair step loser... lose, pause, lose, pause.  It's coming off and that's all I care about.
