Cookies are the devil! aka, why I can never eat carbs alone!
Up until yesterday, I was 100% compliant with NEVER eating a carb without eating protein first.
Yesterday, I was finishing up Christmas baking. I had one yummy frosted sugar cookie, and one not so awesome minty cookie. Alone, they did NOTHING for my hunger. I bet I could have eaten a dozen of them!
Mental note- NO MORE COOKIES WITHOUT PROTEIN FIRST! Cookies are a complete slider food for me!
Can't wait until Christmas is over, and the food temptations are gone!

I hear ya. The issue for me has been these little cheese-pecan wafers that everyone I know loves and begs me to make for them. They are so frigging good, even the raw dough is good. I don't even want to think about how many I ate this weekend. They are the first slider food I have encountered and man oh man it is scary how easily they went down.
