I was looking for the same thing and I bought some roasted edamame beans. 70 beans to a 1/4cup, 14g protein, 2 carbs, 4g fat. 120 cals i think though so that might be outside your parameters. But, I have never come close to eating 70 in a sitting, ever. Maybe half that.

I sampled these at my surgeon's office and thought they would be great to take to the movies, or something like that... note, I did not like the bbcue, but the cheezy ones are great. One packet has 110 calories, 12 g carbs, 10 g protein. I certainly wouldn't make them an everyday thing (and if you're tempted to, probably don't buy them!) but once in a while special treat I'm sure would be better than alternatives!

Also, some people have mentioned these Kay's protein chips, have no clue how they taste or fare as to carb/protein, etc. but here is a link to Amazon for them:

Hope this helps!

What about Pork Rinds?  One serving has approximately 80 calories, 0 carbs and 9 g. protein.  They also now come in a variety of flavors (regular, bbq, spicy).

Nuts?  I like Blue Diamond almonds, or for a healthier version you can buy them raw at Costco and roast your own.

I love roasted edamame.

Maybe just some raw veggies?

Most things that crunch are going to be carb-y. Proteins usually arent crunchy
