Fage Plain Greek Yogurt

For all of those who don't like the taste of plain greek yogurt you just might like this. Top a cup of Fage 2% Greek Yogurt with a handfull of blackberries and sprinkle on a packet of splenda or some other non calorie sweetner. I think it is delicious. High protein, low carb and some good fiber. I have never been a fan of artificial sweetner but it really takes the bite out of the yogurt and makes it really creamy and yummy.

The Fage 2% Greek Yogurt has become my go-to food of choice lately.   I LOVE it!
I always had the 0% before, but the grocery has been out, so I tried the 2%.   Not alot of difference in calories, but the taste - yum!
I have gotten to where I would just as soon have this for my meal as "regular" protein food.
I'll have to try the blackberries - I have not had any fruit to speak of yet, but that sounds so good!

I ONLY use plain greek yogurts BUT add Truvia/Stevia as a sweetner. ITS NOT a chemical like the others which are not good for us.

And then I add either fruit or granola. Yummy~

Also, I love to add cheesecake jello pudding and half and half (if you are worried about fat and calories, you can do milk) and stir for about 2 minutes. omigod. yum.

I add sugar free preserves to mine and it tastes just like the normal high sugar fruit ones that I ate a lot of before surgery.

I'll use a packet of Splenda sometimes, and mix in pumpkin pie spice.  ;)

I use a little dry ranch seasoning mix. Makes a great protein rich dip or to spread over chicken or whatever.

I also mix in Walden Farms "zero everything" strawberry or caramel dip. Or toss in some Splenda.

Of course, replacement for sour cream is great.

I'll make my own dressing with it and salsa and eat it over chicken with salad.
