REAL awesome NSV (photo inside)

So this morning I posted a scale victory of just edging into a normal BMI at 24.9, finally.

But I want to post about a real victory.

I'm sure some of you have done something like this - I used to see cool / edgy / geeky / nerdy T-shirts, and I would buy an XL sized shirt, and I would use these to 'encourage' me to stick to my diet and lose weight. Well, we're on a WLS board, so we know how those diets went. But for the past five years, I kept buying these neat T-shirts because dammit, someday I'm going to fit into them. I have a closet full of them. Stuff from Jinx, Threadless, Shirt.Woot, ThinkGeek....

So, I got my sleeve, and I shed pounds and shed and shed and shed..... and finally.....

FINALLY I get to wear my frikkin' dinosaur vomiting a rainbow shirt to work. Does it really get more awesome than that? THAT, my friends, is an NSV.

Heaviest weight: 310 pounds (Male, 5'10")

Congrats, and now you can start stocking up on L shirts! I stocked up with XLs figuring that they would be a reasonable compromise and still blew thru them into Large, but at least I we don't have to worry about preventing shrinkage now.
