6 months since surgery

I feel great. My diabetes is under control. I am off ALL my medicine (7). My A1C is 6.0. Which is awesome. I am so glad I decided to have this surgery done. It has changed my life completely. I have lost 50 pounds. I go to aerobics 3-5 times a week and also walk 3 miles on the mornings that I don't go to aerobics and I walk 3 miles in the evenings that I don't go to aerobics. I feel GREAT!!!!!!!!

Great job! I am soo glad I read this post. I also have about 70 pounds to lose and I am considering the surgery.

Way to go!! I have watched my husband go through so many awful complications from diabetes. I think it is great that you're having such great results from vsg!
