What's your favorite protein drink?

 Which protein drinks do you like best?  Do you get creative with them?
What about protein powders...whey? soy?  what are you doing with them?
What's the best place to find them at a good price?

Favorite ready to drink: Myoplex Chocolate something or other.. I need to get some more lol
Favorite powder: Mulleins cheese factory 98% whey protein isolate unflavored mixed with ANY flavor Crystal Lite. and it likes my tummy better than anything else too.

Adkins Carmel Latte......Drink them just because I like them so much, even when I don't need one. So yummy! Pre-made too. A bit pricey though, but worth it! 

Hands down my favorite ready to drink: Atkins Mocha Latte.
Powder:  NONE.  Blech.  

I just discovered Mia, the liquid additive that you add to water.  YUM.

 I'm glad I'm not the only one! I have not found a protein powder that I like! it's starting to make me sick! at first I liked the syntax cappuccino but now i don't???   I'm going to Walmart now to get the Atkins! 

That's the thing with protein...most people need variety or they get old mighty fast.  I am over 3 years out and still need shakes to meet my requirements.  I'm very tired of them but I try to think of them as medicine.  I finally stumbled on About Time powders and they are very mild flavored and can be mixed with 4 or 5 ounces of water and chugged down...like medicine, LOL.

I use the Syntrax Nectar powders.  There are lots of flavors.  I like Kiwi Strawberry, Twisted Cherry and Crystal Sky the best.  They are whey protein isolate which is the purest form or protein available.  For one scoop, 24g protein, 0 carbs, 0 fat, 90 calories.  I buy them online.

I just got my samples and I made one today and it was GREAT!! I will try the Kiwi Strawberry for my lunch! I think I will go and pick up a kiwi to add in.
