4 month Post Op

Highest Weight and Consult Weight: 330lbs Surgery Weight: 294 lbs 36 pounds lost in pre-op Current Weight: 228.2 Total Weight lost: 101.8 Month One: 23lbs lost Month Two:  13.4 lbs lost Month Three:  19.8 lbs lost Month Four: 9.6 lbs lost Pics are from December 2011 and today’s pictures. I took them very last minute and they are not the best but…. It’s the best I can do J  I am a little worried about the difference in my weight loss. Do these numbers month to month seem ok? Don’t get me wrong I am happy that I had another 9.6 lbs come off of me but, I am nervous that the weight loss is slow. I am so happy I have had this surgery because although I have a long way to go; I can already see differences in my life. I have had two men come to my job and call me pretty (they were both like 70 but, I’ll take it LOL). Have a Happy and Healthy night everyo ne!

I think your numbers are great! I had my surgery on 1/9 and have lost only 33 pounds total since then :( You are doing amazing!!!!

Thanks everyone!!!  I think I just needed the encouragement. Everyone in the real world are kind of over my journey....like if I want to talk about it they say just keep doing what you are doing and that is the end of the discussion. So I appreciate the positive feedback, it will help me keep pushing forward.
