what to eat?
Ok I am on mushies and I really don't know what to eat. I have a list with a few suggestions but well. Ok maybe it is more that I am afraid to eat. I am scared of eating the wrong thing or to much. I don't want to get sick or hurt my stomache. Am I crazy or just normal? What did you eat early out that didn't bug your new tummy. I know it might not be the same for me but just curious. Oh and yes I measure everything.
I also didn't want to get sick or hurt my stomach, so was afraid to try new things. I could eat a scrambled egg, if I cooked it with 1/2 of a babybel cheese round. Also fat free refried beans with some melted cheese and salsa. Baked fish is really easy on the tummy, as is tuna fish. I made some ground turkey mini meatloaves in my cupcake pan, and they are the perfect size and easy to pop into the microwave from the freezer. The first time that I tried chicken, it came up. The second time I tried chicken, it came up. I waited 2 weeks, and the third time I tried chicken, it came up. No more chicken for me!

You will have to figure out the carbs, protein and calories for yourself, but I just love her website. I'm almost 8 weeks out, and am trying to eat my protein, but find it very difficult to get it all in along with my water, so I drink at least one protein drink a day.
