I was really hoping to reach 60 lbs lost (post-op)/75 # lost total, but deff. in no way, shape or form can I complain about losing 57.2 # in 3 mos!!!/ 72.2 since 2/6/12! Ecstatic is more like it!!! And it will make me bust my ass that much harder to hit my next goal...

I have lost over 6 inches off my waist alone in 3 mos and am down 9.2% Body Fat since 4/23 (not sure how horrible it was b4 then... lol)

I do my best to stick with the plan... I would say 90% of the time I do... I have 4 young children and a pretty chaotic life, so I think that's pretty good!

I joined a gym about a month ago and am trying to make sure I go atleast 3x/wk... I would love to go everyday, but somedays the schedule just doesn't fit :-(

If anyone is questioning this surgery... DON'T(question it, that is)!!! It is an amazing, life changing opportunity!!! This tool was exactly what I needed to give me the strength to lose!!!

Thank you all for your support! This page has been invaluable in my journey so far and I'm sure it will continue to be a place of support for a long time to come!!!
