As soon as you're comfortable. You should probably wait at least until after you get home from the hospital.

I'm 10 days out and will likely wait until the tapes come off, but that's just because I'm a bit self conscious about them. I'm also still really tired by evening. Unless you had major complications I'd say you're good to go.

Too funny!!!! I was outpatient surgery and I waited until the next day. I couldn't imagine 2 months! LOL

36 LBS was before my VSG surgery. Surgery Date was 6/11/12.
