Wonderful Onederland!
Am happy to report that I am officially in Onderland at 195lbs. for the first time in 7 years! I have maintained below 200 for the last week so I know it's holding! I'm running out of pants though so need to do a little shopping this weekend.
For anyone who is obsessed with how you are losing or how much, my pattern seems to be I reach a weight, stay there for a few days or week, then drop again for a few days. I am trying to stay away from the scale, but psychologically, I still have the urge to see the numbers.
Feeling great, energy through the roof, loving my Zumba class where I can now jump and get a more intense workout, and loving the man in my life!
