It is a different life at -132.4 pounds.
I was thinking this week of some of the non-scale victories I have experienced. Some of the best ones:
- My mother bought me a faux-fur coat 29 years ago, size 14. I could never wear it. I saved it, put it away. It fits me perfectly now.
- I can kneel at church for prayer, and don't have any pain.
- When I walk my thighs do not even touch! Wow.
- My tummy is no where near the steering wheel of the car!
- No more high blood pressure medication.
- My favorite sexual position is being on top... this is easy now... wow.
- I can go into Macy's or Nordstroms and buy clothes off the rack.
These are just a few. It is a differnent life. I will post pictures sometime.
