Where do you soy nutlettes?  Sounds interesting...

I buy them from netrition.com.  They have a ton of great products there and flat rate shipping- so I can load up and only pay $4.95 for shipping.  Here is a link to the product, be sure to check out the nutrition- low carb, high protein, loaded with nutrients.  They are plain tasting and very crunchy- so good for the yogurt.  They are also super filling- a 1/4 cup goes a LONG way in satiety.  As a cereal, I have to add splenda or something to give them a bit of flavor of some sort.

Oops, just realized I said the nutlettes were like granola- wrong.  Like grape nuts.

I second the scrambled eggs with feta and spinach! YUM! Also, scrambled eggs with turkey bacon bits, onions, and cheese is delicious too.

I got tired of the usual breaksfast choices- I try to vary so I don't get burned out. I did protein bars for an occassional change. I like cottage cheese with fruit, occassionally I will have a grilled piece of chicken for breakfast. I was getting tired of the Premier RTD protein shake so I took a little break. Now I add the sugar free raspberry flavoring to the Premier vanilla for a new variation. Going to try the sf pumkin pie flavoring in the shakes next. I also put the sf raspberry in my plain greek yogurt , packet of splenda and fresh raspberries or blueberries. Celery with laughing cow cheese or pimento cheese. Variety is key!

cottage cheese, sometimes with blueberries
fage 0% Greek yogurt with SF Torani syrups--my faves are peach and coconut
Sliced ham, fried in the iron skilled until browned and flavorful (used to use butter, now just some Pam)
ocassionally, eggs either fried or scrambled, and if scrambled, will add some onion and grated cheese, possibly broccoli

I have a morning ritual - every morning for the past year I have had 2 low fat string cheese.  I don't have to think about it and get 16 grams of protein.

I must be the boring one ,  I have been just drinking premier shakes that way I can sip and get ready for work ,  sip and do my hair, sip and check my e mails, sip and do my makeup.  by the time I am ready to leave for work the shake is gone and I am full till lunch time.
