4 month update!!!

I am just over four months post-op and down a total of 80 lbs. ( 33pre-op).  I am feeling sooo great!  Had to down size the wardrobe a few times, but hey shopping is fun.  It is still really hard to get used to the many comments made daily by co-workers and those that haven't seen me in several months.  The attention is nice, but it makes me feel very self conscience.  this really was the best decission I have ever made.  Not only for me, but also for my family.  We have changed so much about what we eat.  I pray that my decission to completly change my lifestyle has so affected my 3 kiddos that they never have to consider WLS.

That is amazing! I am about the same size as your starting weight. I hope I can do as well as you when I have my surgery in December.  Congrats!

 Wow...super job!  I hope I can do even close to that at four months.   And what a great role model for your family...it's gotta rub off on them!  Congrats!

I certainly hope so.  They really were the reason I did this!!!

You will do GREAT!!!  Believe in yourself and work the program and you will do just fine.

We must have had our surgeries about the same time.  80 pounds is HUGE!  Congrats to you!  I haven't been on the site in a while - but love coming back and hearing stories like this!  Reminds me of what a great decision WLS was for me!  Congrats again!
