I haven't tried peanut butter yet. Must find some.  I love coconut, though.

But the stomach virus that is going around is a great counter punch to the temptation.  Oh, and it is also an effective stall breaker too!  (Maybe I should suggest it to some of the newbies?)

I've been battling a stomach virus for about a week and have been living on very little, struggling to keep down water and some saltines.  Thank God it has finally passed!

Happy holidays - stay strong and hope temptation is all you have to battle this holiday season!

I'm just days over 3 weeks out from my surgery but I'm pretty thrilled. I'm in a stall right now but that just tells me I'm like everyone else and theres good things to come. My wife and I were talking and laughing tonight on how I was going to try and make 3 oz. of ham look like so much more and what I was going to do after pushing all the food around on my plate during Christmas dinner. I'm sure it will change but so far I haven't had any really uncontrollable cravings for any food. A few bites of just about anything and I'm done, and it last for hours! A few days earlier this week I was crazily craving salt but some lime beer salt took care of that. The beer would have been nice too but oh well...
