So....tell me what this is exactly and how to use it? Thinking I might need to get some, but not sure I understand it. Thanks!

Basically its dried/powdered peanut butter. All of the liquid and oils have been removed. You can reconstitute it using warm water ior sprinkle it on foods etc. With no oil the calories are very very low. I personally didn't care for it. The taste was just off to me. Others love it though. I would rather do without.

It's peanut butter in dry form. I add it to my protein shakes..

I just use it for my chocolate protein shake to make a reese peanut butter taste. I haven't tried to reconstitute it and eat it like peanut butter (I am not allowed pb at this point of plan anyway) but a friend of mine said it was gross. I dont mind just using it for my protein shake and it adds protein.

My local Wegman's sells it as well.

I also sometimes add it to my protein shakes.  I have never just added water to it and used it as a spread.  But when blended in a chocolate protein shake I think it's pretty good.

ditto on use with the chocolate protein shake. I have reconstituted it and tried it as "peanut butter", novel I know, but sometimes I can be an innovator. It aint yo mommas creamy Jiff! Its a minimally passable excuse for peanut butter if your craving peanut butter. Personally, Jiff Peanut Butter is one of my all time favorite foods.

I used it the other night making my SF chocolate pudding. I used half and half as the liquid and then added one serving of PB2, 2 TBSP. That recipe would make a great chocolate peanut butter pie filling too. very good stuff. My wife says the peanut butter flavor is too much though.

Ive been mixing it with water and making "PB" and eating it with celery. I used to put in my shakes - not so much anymore.

I do like it.  I like it a lot.  I buy the chocolate one and the regular one.  I make the chocolate one into pancakes with egg whites.  The recipe is on their website and then I make a little more of it and spread it on top of the pancake.
