Super Sniffer ?????

VSG on 01/28/13 with

I was sleeved on 1-28 and I can smell like a hound dog. Kinda hoping this doesn't last forever anyone else have this problem and does are smellers return to normal.

It will go away in a week or two. I couldn't stand the smell of any perfume and certain foods.

Oh yes! I had this problem as well, and it was seriously extreme. But, now at 9 weeks out, although I would still say my sense of smell is heightened, it's nowhere near where it was immediately post surgery!

Yup. Same here. But as the other posters said, it was only a few weeks and things were fine again

A week or so after my sleeve I walked into a national chain nutrition store and had to walk right out due to the smell. Now that same store doesn't bother me.
