Well, like the true Minnesotan I am, I spend most of my weekends up at the cabin with my family.  There is a lot of grilling, snacking, drinking, etc.  My mom makes eggs and bacon every morning and we are pretty much eating ALL the time.

What are some suggestions for things I could bring up to eat?  How do you all handle vacations?

You are going to have to take the focus away from food - im sure it will be hard because the food will be there, but keep yourself busy having fun. Because you are still so early out, I can't imagine you will be eating much of anything - lots of protein shakes. You can eat the eggs, leave the bacon out, or get some turkey bacon, turkey sausage - healthier alternatives. The first couple months, I ate a lot of cottage cheese, greek yogurt, moist dense protein (chicken, turkey mostly). Because you will be grilling you should be able to get and bring any kind of protein you like.
