Normal BMI! Yes Me!!!
Hi All,
Today was the day I did it. My BMI is normal. It's funny because I have read talk on here about goal. My original goal was 160. I think someone said setting your goal above a normal BMI was like leaving before seeing an end of a movie! lol seriously no! Set your goal where ever you want you can change it! You don't have to lose all your weight in 6 months...getting where you want to be it takes hard work! No matter what never give up! I love you all
Well said! And congrats on being "normal" ;)
