My debut/introduction
Welcome! I'm just starting my journey so I have about 5 months of supervised diet visits before I can get a date. I was heavy as a child, but lost a lot of weight in my late teens. Unfortunately since my twenties I've been yo-yoing and now in my 30s I've decided I've got to do something about it. I hope to get to know you more on here. :)

I am your soul sister on the running thing. I lost a lot of weight several years ago, really got into running, and then had a pregnancy, a baby loss, another pregnancy, and a baby...and well, the running got lost and the weight got found. And I MISS the running!!! I'm so excited to be a runner again. The sense of pride and accomplishment I felt was second to none.
