outside run for 51:55 minutes and 2.39 miles, 30 minutes yoga - intermediate stretches for runners
Yesterday was my rest day, but I still got a bunch of informal exercise walking around the Ren Faire for many hours!

I got in a fantastic run! 4 miles in 34:25! OOh man I keep getting faster! I have a 5K coming up and am hoping for a sub 26 minute time.
I was planning on a vinyasa class afterwards, but it was canceled due to the holiday. I ended up doing a 20 minute flow on my own.
Yesterday, I killed it w/ a circuit. My muscles are sore today!
