Was busy yesterday so nothing.  Today, 4.1 miles on 1:12:30.  Heart rate 158.

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

5K - 1st 59:00(9/14) PR 33:45(9/15)

outside run for 51:55 minutes and 2.39 miles, 30 minutes yoga - intermediate stretches for runners

Yesterday was my rest day, but I still got a bunch of informal exercise walking around the Ren Faire for many hours!

I got in a fantastic run!   4 miles in 34:25!  OOh man I keep getting faster!  I have a 5K coming up and am hoping for a sub 26 minute time.  

I was planning on a vinyasa class afterwards, but it was canceled due to the holiday.  I ended up doing a 20 minute flow on my own.

 

Yesterday, I killed it w/ a circuit.  My muscles are sore today!

I was off yesterday helping my daughter move, I have a lot of pain today but did some yard work. Barely got in  5 mins on the eliptical.
