Hi my beautiful fellow sleevers!!

I have a question for everyone. Some of my friends are trying out this "Military diet" that says you can lose up to 10 pounds in 3 days. Some of my friends that have already tried this diet lost 6 pounds or more in only 3 days. My question is...being a sleever is this diet any good for us for maybe breaking weight loss stalls? Here is what the 3 day menu looks like. Not the best choices of food but I am extremely curious.

Breakfast

 1/2 Grapefruit
1 Slice of Toast
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)

no,it is horrible for us in every way. Way too much carbs.

it is just another fad diet. If fad diets worked, we would not have needed weight loss surgery.

Without doing any calculations.... at a glance it looks like a "lower calorie" and "lower carb" and "lower quantity" diet for normies.

The most effective WLS diet we see here is lower in carbs (sugar) and higher in protein.

Think 10 carbs and around 200 cals that is protein centric per meal as a baseline.

No. It's a terrible, carb filled mess. And at 2 months, you will never come close to eating the volume a couple of those meals have.

Stick to your WLS meal plan. It's a lot better for you.

It's important for you to remember that you are a Bariatric patient, not a normie who needs to lose a quick 10 pounds for bikini season. Please continue to follow your high protein, low carb, low calorie regime. That's the only diet you will ever need now.

Yeah you can't eat all those veggies at all.  I mean you could try and eat them all day long but that wouldn't help.  You also can't eat a 1/2 cup of tuna in one go, or at least I can't and have enough room to breath.
