Can you guys post some nutritional info?  Like serving size, calories, fat, carbs, sugar & protein??  I wonder cos I've gotten Three Jerks in the past and it's really good. 12/13g protein per oz, but its still relatively soft, & its filet mignon.

We have a jerky outlet here...

They have a crawfish boil beef jerky that is my favorite!

Good to hear people are making their own jerky. I have thought of getting a dehydrator and making my own as most commercial kinds are too peppery for me. so I usually get teriyaki. Turkey jerky is pretty good too. 

I used to eat jerky often as lunch but haven't lately. Hmmm, maybe its why I am up a few pounds.  Costco steak strips are essentially jerky and pretty good. I once had some home made goat jerky and it was quite good.   Diane S
