121 today. My fingers are puffy today also, so may be retaining fluid. I haven't weighed for a couple of weeks, and had been losing weight even then. It's not because of "eating on plan"
Have been really busy with care of parents and grandchildren and a home remodel project. I am too busy to eat most of the time.
It's too easy to lose weight during those periods of time, maintaining my weight requires alot of concentration. My 2 year sleeve anniversary is next month.

Wishing you all the best, Carol
count your blessings!!!!   At goal weight.   I am 5 ft 3.

Just remember to be good to yourself and feed your body with what it needs, keep up on your water and vitamins and reach for protein.

Hope things settle down for you in your life and the stresses melt away...

Hugs,

Cindy

Up a lb, down a lb is how the seesaw goes, which is okay.

I love how constant and steady you and your weight are.  I have always envied that, now I have it too...  I love it.

My very biggest lesson was to let go of what made me fat in the first place.  Which for me was junk food and eating out too often.  Once I let those go, I can lose easily, and my weight can stablize easily.  Huge eye opener for me...  Never thought I could live without them.  But I would not leave the house for a bit and it help me break that life long cycle...

For awhile I had none, now I can even have treats periodically and it does not trigger me at all.  In fact it sets me up for a nice BM (tmi) and a tiny blip on the scale.  Same with eating out.

I am proud of you and so happy to know you.  I appreciate your knowledge and constant support...  you are a rock!

Big hugs to you my friend,

Cindy
