148.4 this morning.

Extremely soggy morning here in Austin. They even canceled ACL because the park is one big puddle. We SO need the rain though so no one is complaining, much. I'm hosting bookclub tonight so I'm off to the store to grab some food type things and then work on cleaning up the house a bit.

136.7#. It's cloudy and may rain today.  I'm doing laundry and lesson plans today.  And, relaxing for the rest...

148.8. Hanging onto water today, so making sure I get the liquids in today- am notorious for not doing that on weekends.

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

Watching the Bronco game, kind of wishing I wasn't though. I might have to go outside and do some more yard work.

Hey!  Chiefs fan here!  Looking forward to meeting your Broncos - treat us kindly, will you?  This is the first time in such a long time when it's not a total embarrassment to claim KC as a team.
