Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday, December 24
Made it to Christmas Eve!
182.8 - down a little bit from yesterday - down 7.2 lbs from the bloated nightmare of December's various work trips. I'm hoping to return home back in my preferred maintenance range of 175-180, which I got above during a 1 month cycling layoff. IF I can work hard, use my sleeve, and get back into range without drama it will be a huge confidence booster for my long-term maintenance.
If I can't, I'll just have to adjust strategy and try again... I'll be trying to get down to 10% BF or below for the summer cycling season... (Last BodPod was 14% after the layoff), so I should be able to get down to 175-ish (low-end of ranch) and be in the ball-park.
Looking forward to a couple very quiet days - even though I'm technically on vacation, I still need to monitor email, answer questions, deal with situations, etc. The rest of this week should be silent.

102.2 lbs today. I think 102 is my new low. It really doesn't feel like my body wants to go any further than that. I'm fine with it for as long as I keep managing to find my way back to 102 after any off-plan eating.
