120 today. went to the hand therapist and motion is slow in returning. i may have been overdoing wrist motion. rats, i gotta behave. we all know that our bodies set there own terms and we can't cheat.    diane

and I survived night one of kick-boxing.  I looked ridiculous but not in too much pain today :-)
