128 even.  Okay, I'll do my best, but I am not force feeding my sleeve. I'm very active, so who says the additional calories would even raise my fat composition significantly ? Why would I want virtually the same fat level at 6-8 pounds more ?  I don't.  I'm trying to get the additional calories in, but if there are days I can't, so be it.

My blog keeps freezing up and I lose everything I've written...

Linda... can so relate. When I was a teacher, I'd feel like I'd lost my identity during the summer when I didn't "suit up" and put on the make-up and have the hair just right. I have a feeling you look like a million bucks and radiate "pixie power" no matter what ! Just sayin !

Hi Diane,

Seems like just like we shouldn't over-react when the scale goes up a bit during WL, you shouldn't feel like you need to force feed for a weirdo overnight drop.

However, I'm not even sure if you were commenting on the overnight drop (I had to go into your post history to look at yesterday's weight.)

I wish I still had my personal training going so I could ask, but I don't.  But, I remember him saying that putting on a pound of muscle takes a long time..  (I bet Paula knows more.)  He works with a lot of body builder competitors.

I think you stand a good chance of putting on.....fat (for want of a better word) in the short term rather than muscle.

You, my friend, seem to be living in Oz where everything is topsy turvey.   I'm glad you are getting counseling to get you back home.  In the meantime, doesn't Linda have the ruby red slippers?

Bummer about the blog postings!

Shel
