Weight 118.25, calories 1090. I was better about what I ate yesterday so though I'm up 1/4 pound, hopefully if I continue watching what I eat it will come back down.
It's great to have the long weekend here - time to plant the hydrangeas!

Quick stop in while away for the weekend !! There were some significant statements of gratitude yesterday! Personal, physical, family challenges identified, addressed, and resolutions underway. I am grateful for being able to walk20,000 steps without thinking about it, and being able to run into a store and pick up a small bathing suit without trying it on, worrying about it, or missing a beat. !

Have been up since 3:15 a.m. -- big storms rolled through with lots of lightning. "Grapefruit-sized hail" (that's what the weatherman said) and 70+ mph storm winds predicted for this afternoon and tonight.
This morning I meditated and did some lovely yoga. Today will be an easy one -- house cleaning, consulting work, a little shopping (I want a toe ring!), food prep, laundry, and then fika and ****tail hour with hubby.

Enjoy shopping for the toe ring -- I had one long ago. Wasn't made of the greatest metal so I think I stopped wearing because of that. But, I did love it at that time.

Wow! Grapefruit sized hail. I've never had a toe ring (and I'd be afraid to now - the feet are pretty ugly with bunions now)!
